His story
Sam has spent more than two decades building, remodeling, and protecting homes from the Santa Cruz coast to the redwoods to the South Bay foothills. Along the way he has learned two things that shape how he works.
First, a home is only as good as the care that goes into it. The parts you cannot see matter as much as the parts you can, and there are no shortcuts that do not eventually show.
Second, the building process should feel good, not stressful. Most homeowners brace themselves for a hard experience, because that is what they have been handed before. Sam built his reputation by being the opposite: warm, honest, clear, and genuinely invested in getting it right.

SB Construction was the company we were looking for! Sam identified major issues in our home immediately. Sam went through the house step by step, made a prompt bid in writing, and after demolition found important structural issues one could not see.
